4.2 Chartbeast DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Chartbeast SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
